Business overview

Frozen fruit, sold the way food-service businesses buy.

Adivan Frozen Fruits is a wholesale supplier of IQF fruit and fruit blends for commercial kitchens and beverage operators. We work with business buyers on a quotation basis: you tell us what you need, we confirm specifications and availability, and the terms of each order are agreed in writing before it is accepted.

We do not sell to consumers, and we do not publish fixed list prices, because cost depends on product, pack format, volume, and delivery destination.

Wholesale product selection

A focused range of single fruits and blends commonly used in smoothies, bowls, desserts, and kitchen prep.

Business-focused ordering

Quotations, minimum quantities, freight, and payment terms are confirmed for each buyer before an order is placed.

Flexible product inquiries

Ask about a single product, a blend for a new menu item, or a recurring supply need. Every inquiry is reviewed individually.

Our approach

Clear product information before you place an order.

Frozen fruit for food service should be judged on its specification, not its marketing. These are the details we encourage every buyer to review, and the information we make available on request.

On certifications: we only state a registration, certification, or audit status when it can be documented for the specific product. Ask for current documentation during your inquiry.

Freezing method

IQF stands for individually quick frozen. Fruit pieces are frozen separately rather than in a solid block, which helps them stay loose in the bag and makes it easier to portion only what you need.

Whether a specific product is IQF or a frozen pack (as is common for açaí) is stated on its specification.

Ingredient information

Ingredient statements can be requested for each product. Some frozen fruits are single-ingredient; others, such as certain açaí or avocado products, may contain additional ingredients.

We describe a product as having no added sugar only where its specification confirms it.

Storage & handling

Keep products frozen and store and handle them according to the packaging instructions and the food-safety requirements that apply to your operation. Avoid thawing and refreezing.

The recommended storage temperature for each product is listed on its specification sheet, available on request.

Packaging & cases

Pack sizes, case counts, and case dimensions differ by product. They are confirmed in writing as part of your quotation so you can plan freezer space before delivery.

Product specifications you can request

Business buyers can request the information available for any product, including:

  • Ingredients
  • Packaging
  • Case dimensions
  • Storage requirements
  • Handling instructions
  • Applicable product documentation
Who we serve

For operators who go through fruit by the case.

Frozen fruit fits different operations for different reasons: speed at the counter, consistent portions in the kitchen, or less waste than fresh fruit on slow days. Here is how it typically fits each type of business.

Smoothie & juice bars

Frozen fruit goes straight into the blender, keeps drink texture consistent, and reduces the prep and spoilage that come with fresh produce.

Coffee shops & cafés

Add smoothies, fruit toppings, or baked items to the menu without dedicating labor to fresh-fruit prep or committing to a full produce order.

Hotels & restaurants

Breakfast buffets, room service, bars, and pastry programs can draw on the same frozen stock, with predictable portions across shifts.

Catering & commercial kitchens

Plan event menus and batch production around fruit that holds in the freezer, with case-level packaging suited to larger prep runs.

Food-service distributors

Distributors can request product specifications and case information to evaluate whether our range fits the accounts they supply.

Gyms & wellness businesses

Run a smoothie or shake counter with a small freezer and a short ingredient list, ordering only the fruits your menu actually uses.

Multi-location beverage businesses are welcome to describe their store count and ordering pattern in the inquiry form so we can review fit across locations.

How it works

How wholesale ordering works.

Four steps from first inquiry to confirmed order. Nothing is binding until both sides have agreed the terms of a specific purchase order.

  1. Step 1

    Tell us what you need

Submit a business inquiry with the products you're interested in, your estimated requirements, and your delivery location.

  2. Step 2

    Review product options

We review your inquiry and confirm the relevant product specifications, availability, and packaging options.

  3. Step 3

    Receive a wholesale quote

Pricing, minimum quantities, freight arrangements, payment terms, and estimated delivery timing are confirmed before any order is accepted.

  4. Step 4

    Confirm the order

You and Adivan Frozen Fruits confirm the purchase order and the agreed fulfillment arrangements in writing.

Sample requests are reviewed case by case during Step 2. Whether a sample can be provided, and any cost or shipping conditions, is confirmed in writing before anything is sent.

FAQ

Questions buyers usually ask.

Where an answer depends on your order, the details are confirmed in your written quotation. If your question isn't covered here, email support@adivan.my.id.

IQF stands for individually quick frozen. Each piece of fruit is frozen separately instead of in a solid block, so pieces stay loose and you can measure out only what you need. Whether a specific product is IQF is stated on its product specification.

Our proposed range covers mango chunks, strawberries, mixed berries, banana slices, dragon fruit (pitaya), pineapple chunks, avocado, açaí, and smoothie fruit blends. Current availability for each product is confirmed when we prepare your quotation.

Tell us the formats that suit your operation in the inquiry form. Available pack sizes differ by product. The exact pack size and case configuration for your order are confirmed in your quotation.

Yes. Minimums can vary by product and delivery destination, and the minimum that applies to your order is stated in your quotation.

You can ask about samples in your inquiry. Sample requests are reviewed case by case, and any sample arrangement, including cost and shipping, is confirmed in writing before it is sent.

Keep products frozen in a commercial freezer and follow the storage and handling instructions on the packaging and specification sheet, along with the food-safety requirements that apply to your business. Avoid thawing and refreezing. The recommended storage temperature for each product is listed on its specification.

Private-label requests are reviewed individually. If private label is important to you, describe your requirements in the inquiry form and we'll tell you whether we can accommodate them.

Pricing depends on the products you select, pack format, order volume, delivery destination, freight method, and availability at the time of quoting. We provide prices in a written quotation rather than a public price list.

The payment terms that apply to your order are stated in your quotation and on your invoice. Terms not stated there are not offered unless agreed in writing.

We work with business buyers in the United States. Include your delivery city and state in the inquiry form, and we'll confirm whether we can serve your location and how freight would be arranged.

Select the products in the inquiry form and mention the documents you need, or email support@adivan.my.id. We'll share the information available for each product, such as ingredients, packaging, case dimensions, and storage and handling instructions.

1. Who we are

This website is operated by Adivan Frozen Fruits ("Adivan," "we," "us"), a wholesale supplier of frozen fruit to business customers. You can contact us about privacy at support@adivan.my.id.

2. Information you may submit

When you contact us through the inquiry form or by email, you may provide business contact and inquiry details, including your name, company name, business email address, business phone number, products of interest, estimated volume, delivery city and state, packaging preferences, your message, and whether you would like to receive marketing emails.

3. How this website handles form information

  • The inquiry form prepares an email in your own email application. The information is assembled locally in your browser.
  • This website does not have a server-side form-processing system and does not transmit form contents to us or to any third party.
  • The site does not intentionally store form submissions in cookies, local storage, or other browser storage, and does not use analytics or advertising trackers.
  • Once you send the email, it is handled by your email provider and ours, under those providers' own terms and practices.

The page loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser requests font files from Google's servers and Google may receive technical information such as your IP address.

4. Why we use your information

We use the information you send us to respond to your business inquiry, prepare quotations, provide product information, process and fulfill orders you place, and maintain business records. If you have given marketing permission, we may also send you product updates as described in our Email Policy.

5. When information may be disclosed

We may share information with service providers who help us operate the business, such as email hosting, shipping and freight partners, and accounting services, only as needed to perform those services. We may also disclose information when required by law, to respond to valid legal requests, or to protect our rights and the safety of others.

We do not sell or rent the personal information you send us.

6. Data retention

We keep inquiry and order information for as long as it is needed to respond to you, manage our business relationship, and meet accounting, tax, or other legal obligations. Inquiries that do not lead to an order are deleted once they are no longer needed for follow-up. Order and invoice records are kept for the period required for tax and accounting purposes.

7. Security

We take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold, such as restricting access to business email accounts. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Access, correction, and deletion requests

You can ask us to provide, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing support@adivan.my.id. We may need to verify your request, and we may retain certain information where we are required or permitted to do so by law, for example for tax records relating to completed orders.

9. Changes and contact

We may update this policy when our practices change. The effective date above shows when it was last revised. Questions about privacy can be sent to support@adivan.my.id.

Wholesale Terms & Conditions

Effective date: October 20, 2026Applies to: business customers

These terms describe how we handle wholesale inquiries and orders in general. Once a quotation is accepted, the quotation and any order-specific terms govern that transaction and take precedence over this page where they differ.

1. Business inquiries

Our products are offered to businesses for commercial use. We may ask for business details to review an inquiry, and we may decline any inquiry or order.

2. Product availability

Products shown on this website are a proposed assortment. Inclusion on the website does not mean a product is in stock or available in a particular format. Availability is confirmed in each quotation.

3. Quotations and pricing

Prices are provided in written quotations and depend on product, packaging, volume, destination, and freight. Each quotation states how long its prices remain valid.

4. Minimum order requirements

Minimum order quantities are set per product and delivery destination. The minimum that applies to your order is stated in your quotation.

5. Purchase orders and acceptance

An order is accepted only when we confirm a purchase order in writing. We are not bound by terms in a buyer's purchase order that conflict with the accepted quotation unless we agree to them in writing.

6. Payment arrangements

The payment terms for each order are stated in the quotation or invoice.

7. Shipping and delivery estimates

Shipping method and freight charges are confirmed in each quotation. Delivery dates are estimates unless a quotation states otherwise. Freight responsibility and the point at which risk passes are set out in the quotation.

8. Product storage and handling

Products must be kept frozen and stored and handled according to their packaging instructions and applicable food-safety requirements. We are not responsible for product condition affected by storage or handling after delivery.

9. Product specifications

Product specifications provided for an order describe that product. Website descriptions are general summaries and do not replace the product specification.

10. Order discrepancies and damage

Please inspect deliveries on arrival and note any visible damage or temperature concerns on the delivery receipt. Report shortages, damage, or discrepancies to support@adivan.my.id with photos and order details as soon as possible after delivery, and within any reporting period stated in your order confirmation.

11. Cancellations and refunds

Once an order is confirmed, it may be cancelled or changed only by written agreement. Where products arrive short, damaged, or not as specified, and the issue is reported as described above, we will work with you on a replacement, credit, or refund as appropriate. Order-specific terms may also be stated in the quotation.

12. Website content

The text, illustrations, and brand marks on this website belong to Adivan Frozen Fruits and may not be reused without permission. Website information is provided for general guidance and may change.

13. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, our liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount paid for the products concerned, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

14. Contact

Email Policy

Effective date: October 20, 2026Sending address domain: adivan.my.id

1. Two kinds of email

We separate the emails we send into two categories and handle each according to its purpose and applicable law.

Transactional and relationship emails relate to a business inquiry you started or an order you placed. Depending on our dealings with you, these may include:

  • Responses to your inquiry
  • Quotations
  • Order confirmations
  • Invoices
  • Shipping updates

Marketing emails are promotional messages, such as product updates or announcements. We send recurring marketing emails only to contacts who have given us appropriate permission, for example by checking the optional marketing box on our inquiry form and sending the prepared email. Sending an inquiry on its own is not treated as permission to receive marketing emails.

2. Our commitments

  • We do not buy or rent email lists.
  • We do not knowingly send unsolicited bulk marketing email.
  • Every marketing email we send includes a clear, working way to unsubscribe, and you can also unsubscribe by replying or writing to support@adivan.my.id.
  • Unsubscribe requests are processed promptly, and well within the 10 business days allowed under the CAN-SPAM Act.
  • Addresses that bounce as invalid, or whose owners report our email as spam, are removed from our marketing list and are not emailed again for marketing.
  • Every marketing email identifies Adivan Frozen Fruits as the sender and includes our valid physical postal address, as required by the CAN-SPAM Act.

3. Unsubscribing

You can stop marketing emails at any time by using the unsubscribe option in a marketing email or by writing to support@adivan.my.id with the subject "Unsubscribe." Unsubscribing from marketing does not stop transactional messages about an active inquiry or order.

4. A note on compliance

This policy describes our practices. It does not by itself establish legal compliance; we aim to follow the email laws that apply to our messages, such as the CAN-SPAM Act in the United States.
